Hyvinkää Eloturnaus is being renewed for 2025 and will be bigger and better than ever.

The tournament will feature all 8-a-side age groups, as well as a new 11-a-side category for 14-year-olds.

The Level 1 series for boys and girls born between 2011 and 2013 will be played over three days, while the other series will be two-day events. You can find the tournament dates for each series in the detailed breakdown below.

In addition to the fields in Hyvinkää, matches will also be played on nearby fields in areas like Rajamäki, Jokela, and Riihimäki.

We offer affordable full-board school accommodations for teams traveling from afar, and the Sveitsi Hotel in Hyvinkää also provides hotel accommodation options. For all teams, we offer optional meal and transportation services.

• Three days tournaments (11vs11): 330 €
• Three days tournaments (8vs8): 270 €
• Two days tournaments: 240 €

Teams that book school accommodations will receive a 50% discount on the regular participation fee.

Registration closes when the series are full or at the latest on June 15, 2025.

We use the Torneopal system for registration, purchasing additional services, and result tracking.

Cancellation of registration, school accommodation, and transportation is possible without charge until June 15, 2025, provided the participation fee has not been paid. For cancellations of paid registrations, a processing fee of 15 euros will be charged.

Starting from June 16, 2025, the full participation fee will be charged for any cancellations.

For those registered by June 2, 2025, the participation fee is due by June 15, 2025. For registrations made after that, the fee must be paid within 14 days of registration.

Cancellation of the tournament spot must always be separately notified to the tournament organizer.

The tournament will be played at the fields in Hyvinkää, Jokela, Rajamäki, and Riihimäki. All fields are located within a 25-minute drive from the center of Hyvinkää.

Teams will primarily play their matches at the same field area throughout the tournament. An exception will be the finals on Sunday, which will mainly be held at the Kankuri Sports Park during a large final event. Some matches for teams that have played at Kankuri up until then will be moved to other fields on Sunday.

In each categories, the winning team will be awarded with a trophy, and the top three teams will receive medals.

A total of 14 medals are reserved for each medal-winning team.

Additionally, the tournament organizer will provide an individual spirit award for each team to be distributed at their discretion.

At the tournament venues, there will be a kiosk run by the tournament organizer, as well as a snack stand offering savory items. Both sweet and savory food, as well as hot and cold beverages, will be available.

We also offer teams the option of group meals. Meals can be ordered either at the time of registration or later, but no later than July 1, 2024.

Each field area will also have a tournament office, restrooms, and changing rooms available for the teams.

Most of the medal matches and semifinals will be played on Sunday, August 3, at the Kankuri Sports Park's grand final event.

The final event will include an opening ceremony for the matches and live announcements for the final games. Additionally, the medal-winning teams will be honored in a joint awards ceremony for each series.

If Sunday’s arrangements affect the teams' pre-ordered transportation for the event, the organizer will be responsible for the necessary shuttle bus transportation and the associated costs.

We offer teams delicious and nutritious group meals in close proximity to the tournament fields.

Group meals must be ordered no later than one week after the match schedule is published.

Group meals can be ordered in the Torneopal system either at the time of registration or by logging into the team's own page using the team code provided with the registration confirmation.

Prices for group meals:

Lunch/Dinner for children under 12: 10 €/meal

Lunch/Dinner for those over 12: 12 €/meal

Teams can choose lunch for both Saturday and Sunday, as well as dinner on Friday and Saturday.

We offer affordable school accommodations for teams traveling from afar, as well as hotel accommodation services at Hotel Sveitsi.

SCHOOL ACCOMMODATION

School accommodation can be booked in the Torneopal system either at the time of registration or later by logging into the Torneopal tournament site using the team code provided with your registration.

Prices for school accommodation:

• One night: €75/person (August 2-3), includes:

  • Classroom(s) for accommodation (for the team)
  • Meals on Saturday: lunch, dinner, and evening snack
  • Meals on Sunday: breakfast and lunch

• Two nights: €120/person (August 1-3), includes:

  • Classroom(s) for accommodation (for the team)
  • Meals on Friday: dinner and evening snack
  • Meals on Saturday: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening snack
  • Meals on Sunday: breakfast and lunch

Each classroom must have an adult supervisor of the same gender as the players. The facilities will be allocated in the order of booking according to the number of team members.

Separate classroom facilities will be reserved for individuals of a different gender than the team players, to be shared with individuals from other teams.

Hotel Accommodation

Hotel accommodation is provided by Hotel Sveitsi, which has been awarded Finland's Resort of the Year five times, most recently in 2024.

Hotel bookings are made through Hotel Sveitsi's reservation service. The tournament organizer is not responsible for arrangements related to hotel accommodations or any potential complaints.

The Sveitsi hotel complex also features SuperPark, an adventure park, a gym, a movie theater, and a spa. Free access to the spa is included in the room rate.

Prices are per night, including breakfast and spa access.

We also offer a transportation service for those coming from afar, as well as from Hyvinkää train station or Tikkurila railway station, Helsinki-Vantaa airport, or the ports of Helsinki. Additionally, we provide transportation services during the tournament between the accommodation and the fields.

The prices for transportation services will be added to the website later in the fall of 2024.
